Agwuama Ndubuisi Ude Esq.

Agwuama Ndubuisi Ude Esq., is a distinguished legal professional with a rich background in both litigation and corporate law. A graduate of Ebonyi State University, Abakaliki, he was called to the Bar in November 2008.

Mr. Ude commenced his legal career at S.A. Egbo & Co. (Ohaneze Chambers) in Gusau, Zamfara State, before advancing to Fair Field Attorneys in Wuse II, Abuja. Building on his extensive experience, he founded Agwuama Ndubuisi & Co., Grace-Field Solicitors, also based in Wuse II, Abuja.

Over the past 16 years, Mr. Ude has not only excelled in litigation but has also developed significant expertise in Corporate and Commercial Practice, Consultancy, and Secretarial Services. His comprehensive legal skills have led him to serve as the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser for several esteemed organizations, including Nostro Ventures Limited, Rhema Drugs Limited, Astraco Technologies Ltd, and Golden Charity International Initiative.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Ude has contributed to academia by teaching part-time at the National Open University of Nigeria, Abuja. He also serves as in-house counsel for Fid-Fund Microfinance Bank. Currently, he holds the position of Company Secretary/Legal Adviser at Bold Gravitas Limited.
